Helite ripcord incl. trigger

The Helite ripcord, including a trigger, reliably connects your airbag system to the horse's saddle and ensures rapid airbag activation in an emergency. This important connecting element is included in the delivery but can be ordered here as a spare part. During installation, be sure to follow the instructions correctly to ensure full functionality. Our video instructions will also assist you with proper installation. This ensures optimal safety while riding.

Saddle attachment:

The rider is responsible for correctly attaching the saddle attachment. Therefore, please ensure that you adjust your saddle attachment correctly:

• Not too long, this could extend or prevent the release time if your horse has a small withers, for example.
• Not too short, this could bother you while riding and lead to unexpected and unwanted releases, for example when show jumping.
  

How to properly attach your saddle mount:

Remove both stirrup leathers from your saddle. Your saddle attachment is Y-shaped. Attach both Y-arms to either side of the stirrup bar. You will likely need to loosen the saddle attachment to access the stirrup bars. Reattach the stirrup leathers to your saddle. Once the attachment is complete, ensure the saddle attachment is correctly adjusted.

Note: The Child S - L ripcord is approx. 5-6 cm shorter to ensure the appropriate release time.
